A Reddit post caused quite the stir. It shows a boy standing next to an incredibly detailed wooden statue of Dwayne Johnson, with the background and the floor being full with sawdust and tools for wood craft. The carving looks unreal, every muscle is captured perfectly. But Redditors were concerned whether the image was real or AI?
We analyzed the photo with our AI image detector and got a 79% AI-generated result. The heatmap specifically highlighted Johnson's figure as the most suspicious area, pointing to inconsistent wood grain patterns, unnaturally smooth surfaces, and lighting that doesn't quite match between the statue and the boy. Unfortunately, this is not real.

isFake AI image detector has a 79% confidence score that the image is AI-generated. The heatmap that highlights the most suspicious areas as generated adds to the score. These two factors are the dead giveaway for AI-generated content.
Look for impossibly perfect details, inconsistent material textures, and lighting that doesn't align between objects. Or use our AI image checker for a reliable image authenticity check.
Our AI image checker's heatmap specifically targets areas with the strongest AI signatures. When the whole image is fake, the heatmap focuses on the areas with the biggest amount of AI-generated layers on the image.
